Although we offer installation services, we are equally happy to manage other AV companies, lighting or control companies and other trades, to ensure smooth project delivery in operation and in time. Depending on project size our assigned team can have periodic visit to site or can be relocated to a site office to follow-up closely on the progress.
The management workflow shall be as follows:
- Project Planning
- Project Coordination with external and internal resources
- Project Control for completion from start to end.
